ANALYSES OF DOMESTIC LABELS
The Food Law Centre has for many years specialised in the evaluation and design of labels, packages and leaflets, with regard to their compliance with both national and EU regulations.
FOOD CONTACT MATERIALS
Much food is now sold in processed form, and is consequently marketed in various types of packaging. There are sectors in which the development of food packaging, including so-called smart packaging, is very rapid, so new types of packaging have to be put into production quickly and reliably.
ORGANIC FOOD
Organic food manufacturers must fulfil numerous business and legal requirements specific to their sector. The production and trade of such food is further complicated by the number of domestic and European regulations and the fact that there is no uniform interpretation.
We provide consulting services to companies in their early stages of operations and throughout the commercial release of their organic products. We focus on presenting specific solutions to your legal and practical problems.
DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS
Dietary supplements and food products for special purposes constitute a particular category of food products. Such products are subject to special regulations in terms of their labelling and conditions of marketing. The Food Law Centre assists manufacturers, importers and distributors with any legal issue that may arise in this regard.
